On January 12th of 2013,

Kerr County Commissioner Jonathan Letz rejoined the CFC for an update concerning the efforts to increase the area water supply and hopefully mitigate flooding in Comfort and down stream.

Since this video, the CFC has discovered that a water planning grant in the amount of $69,400 has been awarded to Kerr County, Kendall County, Upper Guadalupe River Authority, Headwaters Groundwater Conservation District, Cow Creek Groundwater Conservation District, and the Kendall County W.C.I.D. Number 1, who are working together to address the water shortage projected over the next decades.  Please enjoy the video with the knowledge that significant progress has since been made.
